Because the material Temporary tattoos are made from they are considered safe to burn on wax, but if you are unsure then I recommend after the wax heats up to remove the tattoo with long tweezers

Recommended Burning Instructions
To further minimize risks
• Trim Wick: Trim to 1/4 inch before every lighting to prevent large flames or soot.
• Burn Time: Limit burning to no more than 4 hours at a time to prevent the container from overheating.
• End of Life: Stop use when only 1/4 inch (or 1/2 inch) of wax remains to avoid surface damage or glass breakage.
• Placement: Only burn on level, heat-resistant surfaces
